Services Thewebix inc.
(Applicable jurisdiction: Quebec, Canada)
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the recurring local SEO (Google Business Profile) and website SEO services offered by Services Thewebix inc. They complement the terms and conditions of the company. In the event of contradiction, the present SEO-specific provisions shall prevail.
1. Payment structure
Fees are billed monthly and payable in full at the beginning of each month.
An initial set-up and/or audit is invoiced separately before the start of management.
The minimum commitment period is specified in the service offer or contract signed.
At the end of this initial period, the mandate is automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless the customer gives written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the expiry date. 7 days before the next deadline.
Any increase in management fees must be communicated to the customer at least 30 days before the end of the initial commitment and accepted in writing. In the event of refusal, the agreement will not be automatically renewed.
2. Local SEO (Google Business Profile)
The creation and configuration of the Google Business Profile is included as required and invoiced initially.
Services Thewebix inc. assumes no responsibility in the event of suspension or verification by Google.
The service includes 2 monthly publications (Google Posts).
A monthly report is e-mailed to the customer.
3. Website SEO
Copywriting and content optimization (articles/pages) are included according to the terms of the service offer.
Backlink creation is not included. It can be offered separately, depending on the customer's needs.
The number of hours worked per month on the file corresponds to the following calculation: monthly fee / 100 $.
A performance report is submitted at the end of the agreement.
4. Reporting and communication
Local SEO: monthly e-mail report.
On-site SEO: comprehensive report delivered at the end of the agreement.
Follow-up calls are scheduled at the end of the agreement. The customer may contact Services Thewebix inc. at any time by e-mail or telephone for information.
5. Expected results
Services Thewebix inc. does not guarantee any specific results regarding metrics, rankings, call volume, traffic or conversions.
6. Customer's obligations
The customer must provide, within 30 days, All necessary access (website, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, etc.), except when created by Services Thewebix inc.
Any additional assistance required beyond the onboarding meeting is invoiced at 100 $/h.
7. Cancellation and termination
The customer may cancel the service with a written notice of 7 days before the next payment.
In the event of premature termination, compensation of up to 25 % of remaining contract amount can be invoiced.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
Articles, publications and content created by Services Thewebix inc. become the property of the customer only when the contract is finalized and paid in full.
In the event of premature cancellation, Services Thewebix inc. retains intellectual property rights to the content produced.
Services Thewebix inc. reserves the right to use the work carried out (texts, publications, result captures) as examples in its portfolio and communications.
9. Limitation of liability
The liability of Services Thewebix inc. is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service concerned.
No warranty is given as to results, rankings or performance metrics.
10. Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure (bad weather, strike, major breakdown, pandemic, etc.).
11. Contract duration
The mandate includes an initial commitment (3, 6 or 12 months depending on the offer signed).
At the end of this period, the mandate automatically renews on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment, unless Thewebix Services Inc. chooses to require a new commitment or to terminate the service.
