Services Thewebix inc.<\/strong>
<\/strong> (Applicable jurisdiction: Quebec, Canada)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the video production services offered by Services Thewebix inc. and are in addition to the terms and conditions set forth herein. terms and conditions<\/a> of the company. In the event of contradiction, the present provisions specific to the video service shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope of services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Services Thewebix inc. provides a one-time or recurring video production service, including pre-production, shooting, relocation, supply of equipment and post-production (editing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Deliverables<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The deliverables consist exclusively of the final edited videos.
Raw content (rushes) will not be returned to the customer, unless a separate written agreement has been made for an additional fee.
One (1) review is included per video. Each additional review is billed at 100 $\/hour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Delivery times<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Production and delivery times are established on a project-by-project basis.
Services Thewebix inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the customer, particularly in the case of late delivery of materials, authorizations or validations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

a) One-off service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

50 % of the total amount is required on signature of the contract, as a non-refundable deposit.
Balance of 50 % to be paid before handing over the final videos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Recurring service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Payment in full for the month is due before the beginning of each month<\/strong>, on the contract start date.
At the end of the initial contract period, rates may be revised under a new agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellation and postponement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any cancellation after signature will result in the loss of the 50 % deposit.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of a shoot, prior notice of 72 hours<\/strong> is required. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to 3 hours per planned resource<\/strong> will be charged at the rate of 100 $\/h<\/strong>.
If, during filming, it is impossible to capture certain scenes due to a failure on the part of the customer (e.g.: unavailable tools, locations or people), Services Thewebix inc. will nevertheless proceed with the capture of the number of capsules stipulated in the contract.
If the customer wishes to reshoot to capture the missing content, a new quote will be provided. Alternatively, they can pay the cancellation fee and schedule a reschedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Customer's obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer must obtain all necessary authorizations for filming (locations, actors, music, etc.), unless these elements are expressly provided by Services Thewebix inc.
Any delay or hindrance caused by the customer will incur additional charges in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Copyrights on all videos produced remain the exclusive property of Services Thewebix inc.
The customer is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license<\/strong>, subject to full payment for services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise specified in writing, Services Thewebix inc. reserves the right to use the productions in its portfolio, on its website and on its social networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The liability of Services Thewebix inc. is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the project concerned.
Services Thewebix inc. offers no guarantee as to the commercial, advertising or visibility results of the videos produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure (e.g., inclement weather, pandemic, strike, illness, major breakdown, etc.). In such cases, schedules will be adjusted in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer may terminate a recurring contract by giving written notice of 30 days<\/strong>.
In this case, the customer remains liable to pay :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
