They complete the Terms and Conditions of Use.<a href=\"https:\/\/thewebix.ca\/en\/terms-and-conditions-of-services-thewebix-inc\/\"> terms and conditions<\/a> of the company. In the event of contradiction, the present provisions specific to the digital advertising service shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Payment structure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Management fees are billed monthly and payable in full at the beginning of each month.<br>The minimum commitment period is specified in the service offer or contract signed.<br>At the end of this initial period, the mandate is automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless the customer gives written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the expiry date. <strong>7 days<\/strong> before the next deadline.<br>Any increase in management fees must be communicated to the customer at least <strong>30 days<\/strong> before the end of the initial commitment and accepted in writing. In the event of refusal, the agreement will not be automatically renewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Advertising budget<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The advertising budget is paid directly by the customer via the platforms (Meta or Google).<br>Services Thewebix inc. neither manages nor controls these amounts, which are excluded from its invoices and are non-refundable.<br>The management fees invoiced by Services Thewebix inc. are separate from the advertising budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Deliverables and services included<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service includes the initial audit of advertising accounts, invoiced in a single payment before the start of management.<br>A maximum of <strong>6 new visuals<\/strong> per month is included in the management package.<br>Services Thewebix inc. takes care of setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns.<br>The customer may request a performance report or telephone follow-up at any time by e-mail or telephone, with no predetermined monthly frequency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Intellectual property and access to accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the advertisements created (visuals, texts, configurations) remain the property of Services Thewebix inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br>The customer retains access to the advertising accounts created by Services Thewebix inc. but not ownership in the sense of the platforms (Google\/Meta).<br>For existing accounts, ownership remains with the user who created them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Cancellation and termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer may cancel the service with a written notice of <strong>7 days<\/strong> before the next payment.<br>In the event of premature termination, compensation of up to <strong>25 % of remaining contract amount<\/strong> can be invoiced.<br>Payments already made are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Customer's obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the onboarding meeting, the customer must provide the necessary access to the advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, website, etc.).<br>If he doesn't have the accesses available at this meeting, he will have a maximum of <strong>30 days<\/strong> to supply them himself.<br>Any additional meetings or assistance required beyond the initial meeting will be billed at an hourly rate of <strong>100 $\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Services Thewebix inc. does not guarantee any specific results in terms of leads, sales or return on investment (ROI).<br>The liability of Services Thewebix inc. is limited to the management fees paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure (bad weather, strike, major breakdown, pandemic, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Reporting and communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no obligation for standard monthly reports or regular meetings, unless expressly indicated in the bid or offer for services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Contract duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The mandate includes an initial commitment (3, 6 or 12 months depending on the offer signed).<br>At the end of this period, the mandate automatically renews on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment, unless Thewebix Services Inc. chooses to require a new commitment or to terminate the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
