They complement the<a href=\"https:\/\/thewebix.ca\/en\/terms-and-conditions-of-services-thewebix-inc\/\"> terms and conditions<\/a> of the company. In the event of contradiction, the present SEO-specific provisions shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Payment structure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees are billed monthly and payable in full at the beginning of each month.<br>An initial set-up and\/or audit is invoiced separately before the start of management.<br>The minimum commitment period is specified in the service offer or contract signed.<br>At the end of this initial period, the mandate is automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless the customer gives written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the expiry date. <strong>7 days<\/strong> before the next deadline.<br>Any increase in management fees must be communicated to the customer at least <strong>30 days<\/strong> before the end of the initial commitment and accepted in writing. In the event of refusal, the agreement will not be automatically renewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Local SEO (Google Business Profile)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The creation and configuration of the Google Business Profile is included as required and invoiced initially.<br>Services Thewebix inc. assumes no responsibility in the event of suspension or verification by Google.<br>The service includes <strong>2 monthly publications<\/strong> (Google Posts).<br>A monthly report is e-mailed to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Website SEO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Copywriting and content optimization (articles\/pages) are included according to the terms of the service offer.<br>Backlink creation is not included. It can be offered separately, depending on the customer's needs.<br>The number of hours worked per month on the file corresponds to the following calculation: <strong>monthly fee \/ 100 $<\/strong>.<br>A performance report is submitted at the end of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Reporting and communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Local SEO: monthly e-mail report.<br>On-site SEO: comprehensive report delivered at the end of the agreement.<br>Follow-up calls are scheduled at the end of the agreement. The customer may contact Services Thewebix inc. at any time by e-mail or telephone for information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Expected results<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Services Thewebix inc. does not guarantee any specific results regarding metrics, rankings, call volume, traffic or conversions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Customer's obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer must provide, within <strong>30 days<\/strong>, All necessary access (website, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, etc.), except when created by Services Thewebix inc.<br>Any additional assistance required beyond the onboarding meeting is invoiced at <strong>100 $\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Cancellation and termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer may cancel the service with a written notice of <strong>7 days<\/strong> before the next payment.<br>In the event of premature termination, compensation of up to <strong>25 % of remaining contract amount<\/strong> can be invoiced.<br>Payments already made are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Articles, publications and content created by Services Thewebix inc. become the property of the customer only when the contract is finalized and paid in full.<br>In the event of premature cancellation, Services Thewebix inc. retains intellectual property rights to the content produced.<br>Services Thewebix inc. reserves the right to use the work carried out (texts, publications, result captures) as examples in its portfolio and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The liability of Services Thewebix inc. is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service concerned.<br>No warranty is given as to results, rankings or performance metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure (bad weather, strike, major breakdown, pandemic, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Contract duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The mandate includes an initial commitment (3, 6 or 12 months depending on the offer signed).<br>At the end of this period, the mandate automatically renews on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment, unless Thewebix Services Inc. chooses to require a new commitment or to terminate the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Expected results Services Thewebix inc. does not guarantee any specific results in terms of metrics, rankings, call volume, traffic or conversions. 6.
